The driver was fine but I should not be expected to accept cold food because he had more deliveries added
The order was taken and then the driver was given another order to pick up and my pizza arrived absolutely cold. The driver said he didnt know why they gave him another order to get but a pizza sitting in a car for 30-40 minutes in the winter in Illinois is going to get cold. Uber Eats gave me a $10 coupon to use because he was running behind to deliver. But to deliver it entirely cold is unacceptable. For the fees we now pay for any delivery of food plus tips and to not get it warm is crazy.

Still waiting on my refund
Ordered a pizza on 12/24 on your website at 7:42 order#43 never received it went to store on Monday was told 1 or 2 business day's still no refund and it's now January 3rd!! $40.77 I want my refund or I'm going to B/B/B. You ruined my Christmas dinner.

I will discourage anyone I know from ordering from this jets pizza on N main st in Milford mi. And the other franchise owned by this jerk
